  1. Ms. Perry, East Cleveland is on the move and I am EXCITED. This article was extremely educating us about our city. The videos helped many residents that were not aware of the meeting in May concerning up coming changes about to take place. Keep up the good work, you are one of the residents that make me proud, and upgrade our city.
