We are celebrating National Knife Day which I recently found out is an actual thing! We will have a knife skills class, raffles, t-shirt giveaways not to mention sales on knives and knife accessories. If you are in to high-end Japanese knives I am not your guy but if you love vintage American carbon steel, classic western knives, cool old Japanese imports, groovy mid-century American knives, butchery knives, or regular ol’ kitchen knives for the everyday home-cook then I am definitely your guy!
