Our city has many parcels of land available for redevelopment, but outdated
zoning rules for ensuring that redevelopment meets modern community needs.
Council will be considering new zoning overlay rules to responsibly guide
redevelopment of this land and wants to make sure you are part of the
discussion. The goal is to encourage better development, improved
neighborhood quality, new investment, and support walkable, transit-
friendly communities. These proposed new guidelines will impact Euclid
Avenue and the neighborhoods adjacent to it from Lakeview Road to Superior
Avenue.
